1. Who we are

IPTVBESTLIFE ("we", "us") provides an internet-based streaming subscription service ("the Service"). You can contact us via the contact page or at support@iptvbestlife.com.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to purchase a plan.

3. Personal use only

The Service is provided for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not resell, redistribute, publicly display, rebroadcast or share your access details with people outside your household.

4. Content and availability

• The content available through the Service depends on licensing and may change, be added or be removed at any time.
• We do not guarantee the availability of any specific channel, event, programme or title.
• Picture quality (HD, Full HD, 4K) depends on the source, your device and your internet connection.
• You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Service complies with the laws of the country you are in.

5. Free trial

Free trials are offered at our discretion, set up manually by our team and may be limited in duration or features. No payment is required for a trial. We may decline or end a trial at any time.

6. Plans, payment and renewal

• Plans are prepaid for a fixed period (1, 3, 6 or 12 months) at the prices shown on our pricing page.
• Payment and activation are arranged directly with our team.
• Plans do not renew automatically. Access ends when your plan period ends unless you choose to renew.
• Prices may change in future, but changes never affect a plan you have already paid for.

7. Refunds

Because we offer a free trial so you can test the Service before paying, payments are generally non-refundable once your plan is activated, except where required by law. If you experience a problem, contact us and we will do our best to resolve it. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• attempt to copy, record, redistribute or circumvent protections on any content;
• interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure;
• use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

We may suspend or terminate access for breaches of these terms.

9. Service availability

We work to keep the Service running smoothly but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, third-party outages and internet conditions can affect availability.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for your current plan. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above shows when they last changed.
