How to stream each network that shows Cowboys games

NBC: Peacock

Peacock streams all of NBC's NFL games, including Sunday Night Football. NBC is also a free over-the-air channel, so an antenna works if you're in range of a local station.

ESPN: the ESPN app

Monday Night Football streams in the ESPN app, either with an ESPN Unlimited subscription or by signing in with a TV provider that includes ESPN. ABC simulcasts some Monday games; the team currently lists ESPN for both Cowboys Monday games, so check your local listings in the week of the game.

FOX: Fox One or an antenna

Fox's own streaming service, Fox One, carries FOX broadcasts, including the NFL game your local FOX station shows. The Thanksgiving game against the Eagles is a national broadcast, so it isn't affected by regional coverage.

CBS: Paramount+

Paramount+ streams CBS's NFL games live in local markets. The Week 15 game at the Rams is the only Cowboys game currently listed on CBS.

Outside the Cowboys' TV area: NFL Sunday Ticket

Sunday Ticket, sold through YouTube and YouTube TV, covers out-of-market Sunday afternoon games. It doesn't include Thursday, Sunday-night, Monday or Thanksgiving games — those are national broadcasts you can watch with the options above.

One app for everything: a live-TV streaming service

Any live-TV streaming service that carries your local NBC, FOX, CBS and ABC stations plus ESPN covers every network on the schedule. Channel line-ups differ by ZIP code, so check yours before subscribing.

Watching from outside the US

The US services above generally work only in the US, and NFL rights are sold country by country. If you're abroad, check who holds NFL rights where you are; how to watch sports online legally explains how rights work and how to spot unlicensed streams.

Before kickoff: a two-minute stream check

  • Start the stream 10 minutes early, so any sign-in or app update happens before kickoff.
  • Use Ethernet for the main TV if you can; Wi-Fi drops are most noticeable during live play.
  • Turn on match frame rate on your streaming device so fast action looks smooth.
  • Mute score alerts on your phone: streams usually run some seconds behind the live broadcast.
